Reuters are reporting that guitar virtuoso Joe Satriani is suing Coldplay accusing them of plagiarising one of his songs.
A law suit has been filed in Los Angeles alleging copyright infringement. Satriani is claiming that the Coldplay song Viva La Vida incorporates “substantial original portions” of his intrumental piece If I Could Fly.
